RTR means full of gas where i come from.

Still, if only has a gallon of fuel in it, that's pretty damn light. A good 45lbs lighter than the ProClimb.

Well, I'm sure you the gravity was off there compared to where the Cat guys are weighing their sleds. Nobody seems to believe these sleds are the lightest thing out. It's so funny to read the forums and hear guys say, "Well, I didn't take the spare spark plugs out of it, so I'm sure that's why its so heavy," or, "They must have not subtracted the weight of the sling ropes." I don't know if I've ever seen the RTR weight on a Pro, somebody said it was about 515 lbs?

Add 2.785412 more liters of oil: 5.2lbs
Add 39.53 more liters of fuel: 64.74lbs

524 lbs plus change. Still looks roughly 40lbs lighter than a PC except for one really light black one over on their forum, not that I've been keepin' tabs or anything....

This is all fine, but I just leave my truck keys hidden back at the truck, so that makes my sled really light!!
Oh, and I carry G2 gatoraid. (no sodium = lighter!)

Whatever the numbers say, this is the lightest sled to ride and move around the shop I have owned (many and all flavors.)

I just let a starving Ethiopian boy ride my sled for me, that way I know it will climb high!

RMK, I don't go ANYWHERE without a lunch! And I gave up ridin' nakid, could only come up with one place to attach my tether . . . . . try that and you'll give it up too!!

i think the dry weight idea is a good one. if the manufactures start weighing them rtr then your gonna end up with a sled that has a 5 gallon gas tank and an oil res. with hardly enough capacity to burn that much fuel...

OMFG !!!! Here we go again !! RTR or dry, but nowhere in between please. Should I post a pic of mine with about 1/2 tank of fuel, 3/4 tank of oil, Powderkeg with one 500 ml bottle of water, and 1.2 liters of fuel in the Powderkeg gas can ????
