J-Roc unless your M8 is heavily modded you should be running AMSOIL Interceptor, not the Dominator.

I'm running XPS semi-synthetic this season in my RT. I usually rum Amsoil Interceptor in my sleds, but BRP says my warranty will not be honored if I run full synthetic in the SDI.

Don't let BRP scare you into thinking they can deny you warranty unless you use there product, jusy say to them Magnuson moss warranty Act and they will turn there tails and run, to deny you warranty on your engine they first have to prove it was the oil that caused the failure, if they prove it was the Oil then most Oil Marketing companies have a warranty back up to cover your engine, Also if BRP says they will void your Warranty they have to provide there products to you for free.

Google Magnuson Moss you will find all the legislation.

Running basic Bombardier mineral oil for years. '99 Formula III 600 has 9700 miles with no problems, Summit running great. See no reason to go to expensive synthetics. (although I hate how it flows like molasses on a cold morning, really makes you wonder what's happening under the hood!!)
