Official 2017 Timbersled Reveal, Photos and Specs

You get what you pay for. People wanted a cheaper track kit and they got it. If you want the flex arm, gas rack, better shocks and paint spend the money and buy the nicer kit.

The lack of a front flex arm for the raw package is kind of a turn off. There was a huge difference in trail and rough conditions performance between the '13 kits and '14 kits when they put that flex arm in. I like the idea of the raw, but that's kind of a big reduction in performance in my mind.

They also now offer a gas tank, which is nice, but they still don't include it. They include the strap from the looks of it, but no tank. That's super annoying.

It looks like they probably dropped some weight over the '16, has anyone heard how much?

I don't see the flex arm being that big of a deal with the new convex track...

Kind of disappointed . Was hoping for a belt drive and ditch the chain. Also surprised they ditched the Sx 137. I heard good things about it. Would have been nice to see a raw 137

Agreed on not too big a deal about the flex arm with the convex track. New track and TSS were a big deal for 2016. I paid almost 7k out the door. To get a raw with TSS for about 5k is a way better value than has been available.

Are the cheaper shocks that big of a deal for most... Not me anyways....not many of us care about whooped trails.

This is in the range of half the cost of a Yeti. That is a huge deal. This will keep TS very competitive and keep their market share whether Yeti has NASA like quality and materials or not.

Yeti still has their place as the Porsche of the bunch but not everyone needs a Porsche.

I think the price point on the sx120 is way off. It should be about the same as the ST LE, it was already higher priced because the better shocks last year, so then they added another 700 on top of that too. I don't care, just assume it helps maintain value of my SX, not to mention i can control my spring rate. Although more dampening options would be nice, just means I don't really need a new kit for a while.

Just surprised, it's way over priced now imo.

great product offering! i think this is a good move for the industry. I was hoping for some better changes to the top end kit though. only better shocks for $699? seems pretty stiff.

what happened to the spring loaded bottom out bumpers? I thought those were a cool addition last year?

I hear the chain was rubbing and hitting/wearing through the components with the TSS last season has this been addressed?
