Official 2017 Timbersled Reveal, Photos and Specs

As I've shared with others, I rode a KTM 690 enduro with a TS long track on it a couple years ago. It was hard snow. Wasn't a great experience.

I'd like to get these 450s or a Husky 501 in some powder.

Christopher, Excellent write up as always. These things are F-ing awesome. I had a 3 hour demo with timbersled reps and I'm hooked. I got to get one of these things. Question for ya? What is the difference between a non pivoting front arm like the raw kit and and the pivoting arm on the ST and LT? Can you still use the TSS extra shock on both?

Jumped Ship And Never Looked Back

I sold my sleds (nytro and RMK) last year and snow checked a 2016. I have had a few growing pains dealing with the company but my dealer has been fantastic.

Honestly, this kit is unreal fun! I am sort of glad my 2016 is not blown out of the park by the 2017s!

Nice to see some variety with regards to price point! 5k for a raw with TSS is not too shabby.

Found it on the TS website. $4299 for the RAW, that will be a very nice starter package. Looks like the ST & LT are same price as 2016. The LE adds $699 to the LT.

The lack of a front flex arm for the raw package is kind of a turn off. There was a huge difference in trail and rough conditions performance between the '13 kits and '14 kits when they put that flex arm in. I like the idea of the raw, but that's kind of a big reduction in performance in my mind.

They also now offer a gas tank, which is nice, but they still don't include it. They include the strap from the looks of it, but no tank. That's super annoying.

It looks like they probably dropped some weight over the '16, has anyone heard how much?

Surprised they took the flex arm out, if they had left it in maybe that's all people would buy, and drop some aftermarket shocks in.
