Obama's birth cert. issue not going away

Heres a question.

If Obama is found to be unconstitutionally in the white house, does that void any appointments he made, legislation he signed or executive orders he gave?

Maybe that is why Sarah resigned. It would bring up a whole different constitutional question. . . It completely nullifies the election. Perhaps it goes to the other party??? Why should Biden get Prez if he was part of a conspiracy??

Because the civil war would start, if the Dems got that; handed to them. Wheeewwww. Maybe re-election is possible. Sessions rules are fairly clear though.

Sarah could quit anytime and do the Vice Pres thing. No reason to quit for that right now.

I believe that if Biden became Pres, he'd just sign most of what Barry signed, and file a pardon for Barry. He'd do it under extreme pressure.

Barry's getting in all the Air Force 1 time he can now. :)

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, set to deploy to Afghanistan, says he shouldn’t have to go.

His reason?

Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States.

Actually, Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, two years after it became a state.

Cook’s lawyer, Orly Taitz, who has also challenged the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency in other courts, filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector for his client.

In the 20-page document — filed July 8 with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia — the California-based Taitz asks the court to consider granting his client’s request based upon Cook’s belief that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Cook further states he “would be acting in violation of international law by engaging in military actions outside the United States under this President’s command. ... simultaneously subjecting himself to possible prosecution as a war criminal by the faithful execution of these duties.”

Cook, a reservist, received the orders mobilizing him to active duty on June 9.

According to this document, which accompanies Cook’s July 8 application for a temporary restraining order, he has been ordered to report to MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla., on Wednesday. From there, the Florida resident would go to Fort Benning before deploying overseas.

A hearing to discuss Cook’s requests will take place in federal court here Thursday at 9:30 a.m.

A little more of this & barry is going to have more fires going than he & all the kings men could put out!

In what ultimately could prove to be a turning point in the legal challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, a federal judge in California has planned a hearing on the merits of a federal court case raising those questions...

Possible hope? Sound's like the Kerchner case judge in NJ believed the case had merit as well.

I'm wondering how long this will drag out and at what cost to America. How will be untangle the complex tentacles of this Administration that have already inserted themselves in every part of our lives?

A major Ghanaian news outlet has been caught in a revealing slip-up after it reported that President Barack Obama’s recent visit to the African country was a return to his birthplace.

Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution states, “No person except a natural born citizen… shall be eligible to the office of president.”

This invalidates the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s presidency if, as a growing number of people believe, he was in fact born in Kenya and not Hawaii as he claims. After mounting pressure, the Obama campaign released a Hawaiian birth certificate on June 13 2008, but skeptics claimed that it showed signs of being forged.

Contained in an otherwise relatively mundane account of Obama’s recent visit to Ghana in the Daily Graphic news outlet is a sentence sure to raise eyebrows amongst people like journalist Jerome Corsi, who has been at the forefront of the Obama birth certificate scandal since well before the election.

The full paragraph reads, “For Ghana, Obama’s visit will be a celebration of another milestone in African history as it hosts the first-ever African-American President on this presidential visit to the continent of his birth.”

Why the Ghanaian news outlet would report that Obama was born on the continent of Africa, when this would instantly invalidate his entire presidency, is unclear.

(ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW)

In April a transcript from an interview with Obama’s step-grandmother was released in which she discussed being present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa, Kenya.

“WND is in possession of an affidavit submitted by Rev. Kweli Shuhubia, an Anabaptist minister in Kenya, who is the official Swahili translator for the annual Anabaptist Conference in Kenya, and a second affidavit signed by Bishop Ron McRae, the presiding elder of the Anabaptists’ Continental Presbytery of Africa,” reported Corsi.

In his affidavit, Shuhubia asserts “it is common knowledge throughout the Christian and Muslim communities in Kenya that Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., was born in Mombasa, Kenya.”

As Corsi reported recently, the hospital in Hawaii where Obama claims he was born has refused to produce documentation or even acknowledge the fact. Attempts to obtain Obama’s hospital-generated long-form original birth certificate have been rebuffed.

Doubts about Obama’s birth certificate are now spreading in military circles. U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook has refused to deploy to Afghanistan on the grounds that Obama is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as commander-in-chief. Cook’s lawyer, Orly Taitz, has filed separate lawsuits challenging the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency.

Soldier who says Obama isn't president doesn't have to deploy, Army says

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, the reserve soldier who says he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was never eligible to be president, has had his deployment orders revoked, Army officials said.

Lt. Col. Maria Quon, U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday evening, Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for mobilization to active duty.

Question:

WHY, doesnt a guy like Rush Limbah (sp) rail on this subject. He never says anything that I have heard and he despises these peeps.

It makes me wonder how much truth there really is to it?? Cause if it had meritt he would be all over it no matter how much they try to put a lid on it. IMO

I've asked that question a lot. Rush has made repeated jokes about the differences and similarities between God and obama. The one thing he's repeated is that neither has a birth certificate. But that's as far as he'll go so far.

Bret Baier has mentioned it on Fox. Shep Smith did, too, but I think in mocking way.

I'm guessing it has to do with ratings and they don't want to be associated with the "tin foil hat" group. Problem is, this is getting bigger and bigger each week and anyone who bothers to read the Motions can see there are legitimate questions that need answered.

I've called legal groups and the RNC and asked those questions and they'll say stuff like "if it was true, Hillary would've found it because she badly wanted to win against BO." I don't agree.

I think no one would ever think someone would have the balls to make up something that big.

His deployment orders have just been mysteriously revoked without any explanation.
