At first I couldn't believe he'd get to the primaries without being a citizen but after all the BS that has gone on since then I'm really starting to wonder.

Update:
The attorney told me it is not too late to send the judge our opinions, and it's better to mail them than to fax anyway.

He said that the judge can deny the motion. If he doesn't deny the motion, Mario will have a very strong response. If the judge does not deny the motion to dismiss, Mario will appeal and it will have to be resolved in the U.S. Supreme Court. (Hopefully before racist Sotomayor is appointed as a new Justice to SCOTUS)

"The defendants' motion to dismiss the lawsuit was filed today and is posted on the PACER system as Document 27. A copy of defendants' motion and supporting brief are available in the right frame of this blog. We all know that we have seen months of stalling from the defendants. We fully expected this dismissal motion which Obama has previously used when he was a mere candidate. The difference now is that Obama is the putative President and not simply a candidate with a 1st Amendment right to run for political office. As the putative President, Obama must show that he is qualified under Article II of our Constitution. We also know that Congress failed to exercise its Constitutional duty to properly vet Obama prior to confirming him as President at the Joint Session. The motion return date is July 20, 2009. Hard to say about that WND article. Anything that looks like proof or validation is often "scrubbed" from websites immediately, even people's comments on the WH website, so that sounds consistent. The guy's story sounds legitimate, except for I'm not sure how he could get a copy, i.e, "Actual details of how the 'certificate' was obtained are not reported."

We got to find out if he lied about his birth.
If he did, he could be tossed for filing a fraudulant application.
He could be charged with giving false testimony.

Has he ever states he was natural born, under oath? For an application, he could easily claim a misinterpretation of the definition, due to the strange rules at the time he was born. There's jail time for lying on your taxs, surely there's some for lying on your presidential application.

He gets found out that he was actually born in Kenya.
The dems push the "OR" factor as stated above and they refuse to acknowledge the fact he lied.
Obama then decides "for the betterment of the nation" to step down.
He never admits any wrong doing and the dems get to go after the republicans for a witch hunt.

But who would pay that much money for a copy that, if he could get, someone else could get too? I bet you could grease someone's palm at the hospital in Kenya for a lot less than he's asking for the copy.

It's election time.
Your the republican party.
Your in BIG trouble.
You are about to lose the house and the senate and possibly by wide enough margins to lose all control. YOur in damage control.
The media in totally in the tank for Obama. Anyone or Org that comes out against Obama is vilified by the media.
Obama has produce the "copy" of his birth cert.. If you quesiton it, you get destroyed in the media, if you don't question it, you can possibly try to save the election to some degree.

now, there are loads of law suits trying to force Obama to come out with the original cert.. If you join the fight at this point you will get labeled sore loosers. The courts have to adress this.
They can't keep kicking the issue for stupid reasons.
The courts are being hammered from all sides to force Obama to produce the actual original.

This issue isn't going away, it is growing. The more they try to stuff it and wait for it to go away, the more it grows.

I don't care if the judge is a repub, dem or an indy, they should be looking into it. If any conservative judge that is a registered Republican goes after it they will get blasted in the media, you can take that to the bank.

Judges are fallible people just like everyone else, and unfortunately they are bought and paid for most of the time.
The factor that keeps them honest is true Americans like you and me that cause them to fear for their lives if they do not uphold the very laws we are all bound by. There should also be a fear of God, whether acknowledged openly or not, but that is clearly not the case in these times.

If this birth certificate issue is not dealt with by the judicial system in a lawful and understandable manner then the courts/judges responsible should be held liable and dealt with in a lawful manner. Then BHO should be retried on the same grounds until the matter is dealt with.

There's nothing like a little fear of the people to clear a man's mind and restore his beliefs and morals.

Under Obama, justice is empathetic. What a joke.

Any judge with an overturn rate of over 25% should be removed. Period.
Sotomeyer has an overturn rate of 60%. If I was wrong in my job 60% of the time, I would be fired.
