We always figured that I 80 is one of the life giving arteries of the US. When our kids were little we always counted trucks while traveling back and forth from here to Denver on I 80 and I 25. The count was always 100 or more in 10 minutes and it never failed. I hadn't been to Co. since April and in April it was still 100 trucks in 10 minutes. On thursday the 5th in mid morning and yesterday in mid afternoon it was hard to count 30 in 10 minutes. That is a drop of 70 percent.
I 25 from Cheyenne to Colorado Springs appeared to be less than 50 percent of normal on thursday and monday. Yesterday west of Laramie, if you laid down in the west bound lane you wouldn't have been run over for at least 5 minutes. If Bo thinks his policies have brought us back from the brink of depression he is full of the proverbial s**t.
