Nytro Tunnel Storage Options?

Looking for something for storage on the Nytro.

I have a tunnel dump exhaust, so will have more options..

I've seen the PowerMadd caddy's but think I'll need something a bit larger.

I like the look/layout of the Universal Skinz Tunnel Pack, but its a bit spendy, and I'm not too keen on the universal rack.

Looked at the SnoBunje Tunnel Bag, which looks a bit 'too' big for my needs.

What are some other options? Currently looks like most will require some custom hooks/rack to hold them in place.

Mostly after hat, gloves, sandwich, drink, tool, rope storage...maybe the PM caddy will get me by...

the only option i have found is to get exactly what you want is to build it yourself, i built one for my nytro that holds shovel, probe, gloves,a couple of drinks and lunch it turned out real good

I would not go that route. For 1 the bag doesn't attach properly to the universal rack, 2 the bag is a little small, 3 the straps are velcroed (sp?) to the bag and well it is velcro, what do you think will happen to a bag secured by velcro? I ended up hot glueing the straps to the bag, that and a bugie strap secure it pretty good.

I know this about the Nytro, but this is what I built for our Phazers to hold gas, or gear bag, I too don't like the universal racks from yammy or skinz. If you want I can build one any size and color for your Nytro. PM me if interested.

rotax, do you have boost on the nytro? who did the under tunnel exhaust for you? i am looking for a non boosted tunnel dump exhaust. ski

If you've eliminated the exhaust from under the seat, which I am doing with my sled, you may be able to use this underseat bag by Polaris???

Yes, midmount.

2 powermadd cargo caddy's

Didn't really like the looks of that setup.

This won't work, fuel cell was put under the seat.

Yamaha certainly builds a great sled, but I just don't understand why they don't address the storage issue...
I installed the exhaust turnout, the stock yamaha rear rack, a Skinz universal rear tunnel bag and use a Yamaha cargo tie down bungie net for an Apex MTX to strap the bag down. The skinz bag is great except for the velcro straps, although I haven't lost mine yet. I can carry a few tools, first aid bag, water bottle, lunch etc. & spare fleece vest on cold days. Shovel and other stuff goes in the back pack. The tail light is in the way, it really should be mounted on the back of the tunnel intead of the top. The setup doesn't look any where near as nice as what Polaris and SkiDoo have, but it works.

Try this. Can be mounted parallel or perpendicular to the tunnel. Can get the bag, gas can, or both. We have numerous of these in our arsenal on our sleds and Quads. Withstand serious punishment for sure. No issues to date.

I forgot about this option. I like the low profile, 3" tall. Prob best bet so far.

How do they hold up to the moisture? Does it keep the moisture out as well?

How does it attach?
