well it is out guess i will adjust when the barkbusters installed thanks for the heads up!i only lifted my bars 1.75 inches didn't like the bars bending speedo mounts!

I have this from wildchild and am ordering there t-top steering post, but are unsure which risers to order, the CR 5" or 7", If I keep the steering post stock size the 7" will make the bars 1" higher, I can add length to the steering post according to kurt. Any idea's that work good?

I'm 5'10" and i have a cr post, 5" risers and cr bars. fits me pretty good

For anyone that asks the kit comes with the proper bottom bushing allready cut to correct angle.

No grinding

I don't have a picture, but you just replace the bottom bushing with the one from the kit. The new bushing is tapered to account for the change in the steering post angle. You also have to add a slight bend forward to the stud bolts that hold the bushing on. It is really very easy to install. The steering then needs to be re-aligned.

ok thank for your answer.!

Yes no grinding or modifications to the bottom block. A new half is included with proper taper cut.

Got mine installed, great quality...are there any alignment issues after installing this? Haven't installed my front suspension yet...

when you move the post forward, it roates the steering shaft from the post and it will skew the front end. it is easier to adjust the shaft, than trying to get the movement corrected with the outer tie rods. if the sled was aligned prior to the relocator, all you have to do is adjust the steering shaft. if it wasnt you'll get it close with the shaft and fine tune the toe for each ski with the outer tie rods like normal. ski

Any issues with that black cowl piece fitting?? I set mine on last night and it was up quite abit in the front....just wondering if I did something wrong. I talked to Kurt and he hasnt had any issues...your guys all just drop on or did you have to force it down?

Thisl, Mine didn't fit at all
Had to warm up the cover with a heat gun and put a rag on the bushing
Then pressed the cover into place and it made a nice factory looking bump
I dont have Curt's kit but it's the same fit
Seem's like just you and me have weird fitting bodywork

Mine was sitting up about 3/4" on the front. I just pushed it down and re-installed the pastic rivets. It looks fine now.
