wow cant beleave there is such a big diff between the ti & chromo in weight only 6lbs for the chromo one.guess thats why the ti one is twice as much.

So in doing the math; I'm at 591 wet now, so minus 18 is 573. Thats pretty good, but its $3200 later.

It's been awhile since I weighed one but I'm pretty sure the stock subframe is 19 lbs. I would guess the Ti. saves around 10 lbs.

you are very close i talked with scott for a bit the other day,the ti clip weighs 9lbs its around 12lbs savings on the 08s & 10lbs on 09 & up.on the chromo its around 6lbs but the chromo is super tough he says & stiff ,ti flexes more,full ti nytro about 470lbs dry with a 162 track. he makes full chromo tunnels now too for a very good price.

So 470 dry---eek I'm not that impressed for the dollars involved.
My sled is 591wet (turbo'ed) now, so with another 10lbs were at 581, and I can nickle and dime it for another 10 or so. So 571lbs with the stock tunnel. The diamond s tunnel must not be that light compared to stock.

A 2012 Pro 155 is 536 wet. Add an intercooled turbo system with gauges and all accessories needed, that will be close to the upper 500's. Plus your reliability goes down the toilet!!

that 470 is with a turbo system he makes turbo kits too,the ti tunnel is 22lbs lighter than stock.

I know that 470 is with a turbo system, thats why I'm not that impressed. In addition, I messed up. The wet weight of a 2012 pro 155 is 550lbs and the 2013 is 536lbs (according to snow west).

I realize Scotts website says the tunnel is 22lbs lighter, but I cannot see how. The Nytro SE tunnel has nothing to it. I don't know what mine weighs, as its still on the sled but I just cannot believe it would be 22lbs heavier------but you never know. I wonder if anyone has compared?

Scott might have compared the Nytro tunnel with all the exhaust protections, hardwear, etc, and I'm sure the drop down brackets were still on it---they do get replaced with ta new tunnel.

I'm basically doing a cost analysis to determine where I should put my dollars for weight savings. It sounds like to chromoly clip is more cost effective than the titanium.
