Nytro brake line length

How tall can I go with a riser on a Nytro XTX and be ok with the brake line. Will the mountain nytro line give me enough length to go around 5" or do I need to go after market.

Also which aftermarket throttle cable extension is the best or I am better off buying a mountain Nytro version of this also.

I am looking at a 4 to 5.5 " Rox adjustable if that matters for some reason.
