i have 03 summit 144 and it raps to 7800 ..start with putting the back suspension on full tight all the way high
than the middle shock under u on soft or next to soft
front skis adjust to u liking (most people make them to stiff) than adjust limitor so that the boat dont turn to hard and get the clutching set up to rap u to 7800 .......than when u want to fly up the hill stay in the other peoples track ....that helps and u will have a nice sled

Here's a vid of my 159 finger track....man those tracks are horrible;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Shu8htDQaiQ[/QUOTE]

Very good example of a fingertrack in the mountains. If there is even a hint of traction under the powder that track rocks!!! If its bottomless sugar powder well it works not bad but its like its missing 1/2" of paddle. i agree clean clutches are happy clutches make it howl in the right operating range and after that if its not working well........well it you!!! nice vid nice climb. I am getting a new clutch just in case and It was hard pack with a sugar base The guy also had screws in the track taking those out today.

you said it's a 151 at first, now it's a 136?
must be some radical new style of a crossover sled

One other very simple thing that will suck the R's out of a summit is the rave caps not adjusted for high altitude.

Good Luck

Ok guys call me dumb... but what are the limiter straps. under my skid there are two belt frayed and in two pieces. Is this bad???? also what does adjusting them accomplish. I have a 02 summit x
