No fire on two cylinders

I just bought a 2000 MM 700 triple piped 151" track sled ran it two weekends great and suddenly this afternoon I fired it up and it is only firing one cylinder. I took the other coils and hooked them up to the right side cylinder(if sitting on machine) and it will fire. If I hook up to the center or the left..nothing! I am new with these triples and don't know where to start

i have a 600 triple and most of the time it is the plugs but check your spark plugs caps i have seen that happen and check for gas to thought carbs to

turn the carb heat on and run some iso. Whenever that's happened to me, it was water in the fuel.

I was thinking of that I didn't mention I left it outside overnight with minimal fuel in the tank the temp. dropped from 30 down to 8 and I thought it might have so much condensation built up it can't fire
