No BS how are the 2013 motors doing?

2011 PRO, 2400mi. Boosted! One set of reeds.
2008 Dragon, 3652mi. Boosted. Lost a cylinder skirt...catastrophic! :) 1200mi on the new motor, no issues.

This is comical. People HAVE to be doing this on purpose, unless you read the title you wouldn't open the thread to respond!
400 miles on my Etec, no problems. ROFL.

LOL

I posted previously, and my 13 polaris 800 still runs great, but felt the need to add that my 93 XLT runs (no mods).......still, not sure on the miles, as the speedo broke in the late 90's. I think some of my buddies sleds still are running as well, another bud's sled broke. If that bud, is your buddy, don't say anything cuz I already have vouched for him as having issues. If my buddy is your cousin, then your prob going to have to mention him, as you wouldn't know that he was my buddy, and had already been mentioned. In that case he counts as 2 problem sleds, but can get filed under the hearsay section of this thread, and most likely in the non 13 section as well, cuz he bought it this year, but it was a hold over 12. Oh and it was an Artic Cat 800, but that counts I think, as this was about 800cc mostly. OOOOPs read the title of this thread, I will just stick with the story that my 13 polaris 800 runs great, dissreguard every thing else including this, as I have posted MY 13 experience once in this thread already........ :face-icon-small-win

My '13 Pro limped back home running on only one cylinder saturday.

Replaced spark plugs on the snow, but still wouldn't run. Checked for spark, ok. Both plugs was wet from gas. Checked all connectors for moist, all ok. Sled is at dealer, will hopefully hear whats wrong tomorrow.

And the worst part, we have had a terrible season here, crappy snow conditions, but last week it snowed like crazy and we had a solid 70cm of fresh on top. Bluebird day, cameras out, and the Poo dies... sigh...

Six new Pro's in my immediate riding group. Mileage between 500 and 1100 for the season. Oil pumps turned up from the beginning. Out of these 6 sleds one had a QD belt chuck teeth at 50 miles and has been flawless for the next 450 miles. One started to pulled a cord on the clutch belt at 400 miles.

No motor or chassis related issues what so ever.

Most fun sled any of us has ever ridden.

Good looking group of Pros & good to hear and see how they are doing... Just hit 250 miles on mine with similar results to your riding group.

How far are their oil pumps turned up & what is the average oil to fuel ratio? Mine is running at 38:1 right now with a little oil in every tank of gas.

Most are burning right about the same as you during heavy throttle usage. Usage goes way down with less Wide Open Throttle.

Mine burns the most because I turned mine up all the way. During heavy throttle usage the fuel:oil ratio is about 24:1. I am going to turn it back out about 1 turn to match the others. No oil in the tank with any of these sleds.

How easy is it to turn the oiler without pulling the tank?

Not to hard with some long extensions and a screwdriver. Just make sure you hold the arm with something tighting and loosening the jam nut or it will bend and you'll have to take everything apart anyways:face-icon-small-win
