I'm bettin' you're gonna be glad you did that. Not looking too shabby for this weekend. Headin' that way friday.
Glad, but Dobeck has had my controller for over a month for repair. Have to ride the stock 13' Pro. It will still be awesome but it really sounds like turbo snow. Hope I can make it over Red mountain today.
Wow, that's looking pretty deep! I'm heading out tomorrow, hope the snow is as good tomorrow as it was on Monday. Supposed to start snowing a little tonight.

Why would you drive over Red Mtn and not stop to ride? Red has 20" more snow on the ground than WC right now. I was up there for a couple hours yesterday, the new snow is 4 feet deep...
I get a kick out of all the sleds that roll down Hwy 550 going somewhere else when they are in the midst of some of the best riding in the world and don't even know it. My evil plan to hoard great stashes of powder must be working. Keep moving, nothing to see here

Yes!! Not sure where the rest of my group will ride but ill be up on top of the summit. So not sure how big of group you are willing to hang with. Group ranges from 5-10 usually

I hardly know it. I've taken an avy course down there then rode for about an hour but that's it.

I don't know the terrain very well down there but should have a good idea by Sunday. Just some background. We are pretty experienced/advanced riders. We don't set the world on fire but we definitely don't spend much time on the trails. My group typically carries metal shovel, probe, beacon, avy bags, and radios. We really prefer that if people want to join they should have this. Not necessarily the avy bag but the rest. You're welcome to tag along with us! Feel free to text me. 3035882384
