There's a craigslist ad for the 250x here in CO. I also saw an add for a new kx250. Picture was clearly a two stroke said dfi but then said 250f in the ad, boy that'd be cool.

I know everyone on here says the Wide ratio trannys are no good for snow biking but i bought a 2015 ktm 300 XC-W this year for both seasons and just love it. Transmission is perfect for snow biking and awesome in the summer!

I was gonna ask you about choosing a 300xc-w over a 300xc, I have a friend who went with a 300 xc-w and I was a little curious about the tranny, glad to hear it's good to go!
