Are you sure it wasn't a recall? I was under the impression that they recalled the parts for early failure. There is typically always a technical service bulletin, even if they don't issue a recall. That is just an update to the recommended maintenance. If I were you I would push the issue. Call Polaris (not the dealer, Polaris USA). Then send a letter/complaint to your state attorney general. The AG is there to help you, they are an elected official and I know of a couple friends that have had GREAT luck by sending a letter to the AG (automotive claims).
