ya I suppose you could still bring the pipe around and do that....then the seat would fit easy with just the mods to the shroud.

got my seat from murray at mountain mod. IT IS AWESOME!!!
finally a seat on the nytro WITH STORAGE!!! the storage area is approx 15x10 and from the top of the seat to the floor of the tunnel high.
it is light (didnt weigh it). it is a little taller than the stock seat for easy transition from seated to standing. the seat top material is grippy yet smooth. has tabs for under the fuel tank like the stocker, with mount bolt tabs at the rear for ease of securing (no flaps, snaps, or velcro holding it to your sled). the bottom base is an actual molded plastic unit, not just carved up foam. fits the 10.4 gallon trail tank very well. it is a quality piece for sure. it even hangs over the rounded tunnel top area like the stocker. i have had both a boss seat and the mountain mod now, i can say this is a better quality unit that a boss (in my opinion). fit, finish and attention to detail are great.
i get nothing from murray for this, i am just plugging this part as am hard to impress, and i am impressed. and the service from murray was top notch. he has been answering my stupid questions since june on this. he was very pacient with me. and this was well worth the wait.
i still need to farm out the top tunnel block off plate but that is trivial at this point, it is just a 28" long 15" wide flat plate of aluminum to cover the hole from the stock exhaust area.
so with no further adoo.... viola the under tunnel exhaust seat.
