I run a sno-pro air box and I'm looking at them front vents, what would you run for material?

Course with pre filter under it?

I would run the coarse with the frogzskin prefilter material. This combo will provide the most airflow and wont allow any moisture to pass. The coarse mesh will protect the prefilter material from getting any scuffs, rips, or tears while riding in the trees.

do you just use longer rivets if you run a skid plate for the nose cone vents?

If you have a skid plate you need longer rivets and a little silicon to seal any gaps you might have between the skid-plate and belly pan.
