New info On 09's

I hope that they at least make some tunnel changes, suspension changes, offer a 162 option, and properly set them up with clutching and suspension setup from the dealers on the Nytro. I didn't buy one this year due to all of the money I would have to throw into a $10,000 machine right away to be satisfied with it, not even including the turbo!

I got a SnoWest Mag last night with the '09's in it Yamaha had nothing but the XTX in it. Not sure what that means but that is what is there. Why send out the '09 review mag if Yamaha is coming out with something new? I wish it was not so but the odds are growing against anything major for next year.

According to Supertrax mag.....nothing new in the Apex lineup ( graphics ) spring order Nytro RTX SE has the race tunnel and better fox floats with a resevoir..You can also get a 126hp version of the 1050cc in the touring sled but not the vector ( yet )

same ole for mountain guys but se has floats in the rear
144 xtx nytro but that has been out for a while.

He's dead nuts, I have the new Supertrax in my hands. I want that bigazz 4 foot windshield for my Apex haha! I'm really considering that Nytro RTX SE. Those Evol suspenders and new tunnel are sick.

Not big news but the two up crowd gets a detuned 1050 efi triple that's good for 126hp.

Amen! I'm 13, I love Yamaha. But let's face it, They don't offer a competative Mountain sled for kids.

The nytro and phazer cruize pretty good for a kid.

Hey Darko,

I guess you have to considder how many XP's are out there versus the competition. I know in the west kootenays revs in general, including XP's out number the other guys buy at least 4 to 1. Many of which are XP's. I for one have had very minor problems, mostly setup issues, and have over 1000 km's. Most other guys I ride with have had no major issues either with similar mileage.

I do like the yammies, especially the nytro with a some pricey mods, but that allways comes at a cost. Maybe one day, but untill that day I will be riding my usual 4 years and trading up to somthing new.

Oh yeah, thanks for clarification on the mountain sled suspension setup.
