New Diamond S Mesh Hood for PRO

I think what ICR is saying is that those ARE Diamond S boards, but they are Cromoly and not Titanium... I hear they can make them in Ti... but plan on throwing a few more Benjamins their way.

looks good. a new stock hood from Polaris is just over $400, so this will be a great alternative. I might go this route instead of doing a headlight delete. They should do side panels too, since the AirFrame panels are riddiculously expensive. I bet they could make an entire alumiunum framed mesh covered panel for way less than the AirFrames

All I need is for my boards to get here, so I can start chopping off the old ones.

Scott said he should have them out of powder coat toward the end of this week or first of next week.

Talked to Diamond S sat. Price is 450 and he is working on a mold right know for a gauge pod and key switch. didnt ask about head light but fabing up a piaa light or running a led dog doesn't seem that big of a deal.

THIS THING IS STOUT!!

Well ... I just put my hands on this thing... all I can say is that you could mount another seat to this thing...

VERY well built and the fit and finish are as good as factory plastic.

Two thumbs up.

Went to the website but I didn't see this hood. Is there a guage pod that works with this hood or another way to mount my guages? Do the boards come in titanium? Weight savings over the cromo and stock boards?
Thanks

He said he could make the boards out of ti but theyd be more money. He is building a plastic gauge pod and a handle bar mount. I'm getting the handle bar mount.

I haven't been to this site for ages but came back for the info...problem I see here are people trying to speak freely and catching h*ll for it. Not impressed.. everyone
here is entitled to an opinion !!!

MH if you put a small hole through the mesh to mount an LED head light to one of those bars to you think it would run or tear? I am going to run a head lamp but would love to have some kind of light on my sled all the time.
