Nytro Mcx Turbo and Impulse Nytro with Boost it

i have a mpi low boost turbo kit and am wondering how the boost it system would work with it. would i only need the controller and not the extra injectors? can the extra injectors be added later as boost is increased and an intercooler is added? i just need something different then the gems. any advice would be apreaciated.
