All zip ties pop rivets and every bolt and part needed is included in a bag that is sealed for each step so each bag is fitted with the parts needed to include that particular step of install

The Boondocker Advantage​

Over the years snowmobile and recreational turbo systems of the past have always lacked that consistency needed for the average mountain & boondocker rider.

With years of testing and hundreds of hours into R&D the team at Boondockers set out to use the latest in EFI technology and put it to good use. In doing so they have come out with products that are listed below. This now allows the user to pull the rope and go.
Both BD and Code Red Performance are located and ride our turbo’s in the mountains from low elevation up to the peaks we ride what we sell every week making sure our product is up to the highest quality.

What new with the 2010 sleds

BD has teamed up with Polaris and Arctic Cat and was able to not only test but to demo the new 2010 AC M8 and D8 for a few months allowing them to get ample R&D time on the new changes that others have not had the chance to do.

Some small but very important changes had to be made but in all the 2010 Cat and the D8 with there engine changes were top performers and proved to be very solid and reliable units.

Advantages to a BD system


Air Density Advantage
Allows the BoonDocker Fuel Management Box to adjust fuel delivery as air charge temp changes.

Also it records your max charge temp so you can keep an eye on charge temps throughout the day.

Nitrous capabilities
You are able to upgrade as new features become available with a simple reflash of the box.

The airbox has no hoses or hose clamps that are used to attach to the throttle bodies that blow off under pressure. The airbox is sealed to the throttle bodies with o-rings and the airbox itself is anchored so it cannot move in relation to the throttle bodies.

A Plug-in Box will be available for the Polaris Dragon Turbo kits so the injector wires no longer have to be cut and spliced. This box plugs directly into the factory ECU connectors for the M and Dragon.

Real-Time Status:
maximum rpms and maximum input/output injector duty cycles.

BD unlike the other thin turbo EFI boxes uses sealed connectors to keep moisture out of the connections in order to prevent corrosion. The control box is now completely filled with a new gel material to keep out all moisture. A new button/overlay is designed to guarantee no moisture enters the buttons and is a very tough and fully waterproof box.









Also new for this season is a Electronic Waste gate system & like always will be included on all the new BD kits with no extra charge. Older BD kits will also have the option to upgrade as well


1. "Auto boost adjust" This will allow you to set your boost at say your correct pump gas level and as you go up and down the moutain it will lower and raise your boost all wile keeping you in your same octane requiremts. So as you go up it will keep you at the same HP level or very close to it this keeps your clutching spot on and you can get the most HP out of your octane of fuel. As you go down the mountain it will also lower your boost so you don't ever have to worry about detonating your motor if you forget to turn down your boost as this is easy to do if you are having fun the powder and have a wide range of altitude.

This also comes with a Altimter built in so you can keep an eye on your elivaton as well.

2. It has a separate LED boost gauge display the boost screen also has max record so you don't have to stare at the gauge as it will record your max boost on a run and you can clear it as many times as you would like.

4. you can set your boost with a push of a button up and down so no more turning the knob and wondering what boost you are now at. You set it at 7.5psi it will be exatly that. Also much faster spool up results have been found as well.

5. You will also have the option to run a "push to pass" button this will be just like nitrous. So as long as you have the octane you can add a set amount of boost you want and it will only add this boost wile you are on the button. So for boondocking you can be at say 8psi for a more controlled powerband but say you need more HP to climb a shoot or in a drag race you can program it in for say 10 or 12psi wile you are on the button. So think of it like nitrous but you never run out.

Also new this season is a new turbo oil supply tank and oil system to give you an even easier install as well as outstanding fit and finish as well as performance for the turbo that is unmatched by any other turbo kit.

As you can see in pic below the kits come packeged so you open each bag and work your way step by step through the instructions making it very easy for the average joe to install plus parts are lazer cut anc machined so the fit and finish is super clean.

Turbo Kit aailable for 2007 Polaris Dragon 700??

My buddy that bought my 07 Dragon is wondering if their is a pump-gas kit for the 700?

ditto on positive feedback, ive been a pain deciding whick kit to buy from justin and he has priced them out and took the time to answer all my questions even if i have been a pain in his butt im sure, I would buy from him anytime his price is guaranteed and did not change from what he quoted me, keep up all the good work, good to see there are still people who care about the little people out there. Sorry no pump gas for the M1000 reason being is because this motor does not have the DET system to help make the motors more fail safe. You can turn the M1000 kit down and run lower boost but I would still recomend a race gas mix.

how much for the 1000 kit?what kind of hp are they getting? out how much boost are they running ?Is it reliable? do you have any personal experience with the 1000S?do you Install them?
