New Black Go Big Machine

I'm 6'0 and I'm probably going to lower my bars at least an inch. That way when I'm in the trees and my sled starts to get away from me I have leverage to pull it back. With tall bars if your sled tries to get away from you your gonna end up going with it. my $.02

I picked up my Retro - 155 last week, and she looks good, but that black is pretty sweet too. I'm 6'1", and the stock bars feel OK to me.

Bars feel pretty good to me.

Thanks for the great comments guys. You really no how to share in my excitement.

I am with you on this one, if they have trouble overheating some times its good to do it!!

I know a lot of guys don't like the boggie wheels because they feel it inhibits sidehilling, and maybe it does, but it's just one of those trade-off issues I guess.

2 Wheel Bogie Kit

Put these on mine as soon as I bought it last year. Part #P02878251 at $39.95. No hyfax issues and didn't notice any sidehilling limitations. All the other guys that I ride with who have Pro's, also did the bogie add-on. No regrets.

Got pics of a pro with idler wheels?

Looks like they are $39.95 per wheel and mount. Looks like you went with just 2. I was looking at my skid and it looks like there is room for 2 more. Do you find just adding the two is enough?

thanks for the pics.

The kit was $39.95 for two wheels and mounts. And two was enough. I didn't want to have 6 bogies rolling around in that skid.

I was planning to add a bar riser, but after riding it decided it was pretty much dead-on. I'm 6'1" --> 6'2" on a tall day

I am going to purchase and put them on before I even ride it. I still ride trails on occasion because of where I live.

did your spring order these? i'm not sure when mine will be in but i did not pre-order, mine was stock that the dealer was bringing in.

Nice lookin' sled Big, it'll look better with some pow stuck in all the crevices!
FWIW
I'm 5'7", stock bar height. I had raised my IQ bars 3".
Wife is 5'11" and has a 2" RSI riser. She isn't aggresive, is actually a smooth calm rider, and the extra leverage helps her in situations where she doesn't have speed on her side.
Switching back and forth, I can't feel enough differance to add the riser to mine.

God we need some snow. . . . .
