New 2012 Starting to come together!

Everyone else is doing it so figured I might as well show off my brand new 2012 800 RMK. Still has some work to be done but I like what I have so far!


Picked it up like this and rode it across the street to TOYSKINZ.COM's shop to let them go to work. It now has 0.1 miles on it!!!







This is where it sits after today! Hopefully have some time to get my powdercoating done this weekend & have it all ready for some snow time next week!!! Time to start the snow dance.

The tunnel builds up with ice so a tunnel wrap is in order. It makes a huge difference!

does anyone make a tunnel wrap to go across the top of the tunnel as well?

Or can you not put it there because of the heat exchangers running along the two sides...?

I know E2 Design Worx does. I saw a new assault that they wrapped, that litterally every square in of that sled was cover. They even popped off the Tail light and End cap and have it wrapped under there..

We were going to try it on this sled because I really wanted it to however in the end we decided that because of the rivets, curves, heat and gas bouncing around on there that it wasn't going to last. These guys will do it for you if you want to but after talking to them I decided it wasn't worth it because halfway through the season it is going to be coming apart and not look good so I will be tearing it off.
