Hi Justin, I am a Varsity Scout Leader and we have the Klondike Derby (Friday night-Saturday morning) this weekend at Rockport Reservoir. I could pull my sled with me and meet you at Nobletts by 11AM or so. Or maybe there is a place to snowmobile around where I will be?

JFI a group I know went to Monte on Monday and he reported that lots of rocks and stumps sill showing.
Also broke thru crust and sled dove under or track broke thru and got stuck.
May get better later this week with snow.

Grand Mesa, Colorado

I am the owner of Thunder mountain Lodge on the Grand Mesa. We just got hit again with snow and now have seen about 115 inches on the season. I'd like to offer a free half day of guiding from me or one of my guides to any group or individual that is willing to come stay with us for 2 nights or more anytime this winter. We are at 10,000ft and have trails, lakes, steep boondocking, and hill climbs in the back yard, literally...must specifically mention this post...Thanks
