We have a 2013 but no snow.. So, testing will be done as soon as the snow flies

Sorry for the ignorance but can't you dyno the 2013 on the...dyno? What do you need to run it on the snow for? I picture the sled in someone's shop being dynoed.

Yes, we have used and tested MANY Wiseco pistons on MANY engines, Even designed the SAME piston geometry as our current piston and compared them after. TOTALLY Different

It is about the forging process and the alloy.. not the geometry.

It was a rough average from an old physics book, but here's the math.

hp = [F * D] / [33 000 * t]
hp = horsepower
F = force in lb
D = distance in ft
t = time in min
assumed a healthy person can carry 100lbs groceries up to his apt 40ft above by using the stairs in 10 min time
hp = [ 100 * 40 ] / [ 33 000 * 10 ]
hp = 0.012

a strongest man can left 1000lb above his shoulder over 3ft for 6sec, his hp is 0.91.

Are the wisecos as bad as stock?

So based on this statement a person could draw the same conclusions with your pistons (Woessner) and the fact that the locating pins will falling out all over North America 4-5 years ago in Doo engines which caused rings to hook into cylinders making mincemeat of motors?

You are supporting your vendor, I am supporting mine.

Remove the bold faced quote by RKT in his shot against the Weisco piston and I will gladly delete my posts.

Do we hold vendors and users to different standards?

Call me old fashioned but what happened to a business motto of "letting your prodcuts speak for themselves"??? I thought the thread was about his pistons, head, and a neutral dyno?

I have to agree with Dave, kelsey makes claims to fixing the issues with his kit..yet, his stuff has very very few actual in the feild test/time vrs at least one other "kit" which has many many years/ users out there..does his stuff work? not sure but am pretty certain that there isnt near enough test data to come on here saying its the cure for your ailing poo..and without a written guarentee to back up his claims..no way I would use or recommend his poo stuff right now(his cat stuff I would but not poo stuff)I hope his stuff works..but until the numbers/years get up there..or a written guarentee to back the talk...

NOWHERE is there ANY mention of another other vendor in this thread except for Wiseco, and I will stand by my decades of testing results regarding that. Afterall.. if youcan not go by testing results, what can you go by?

To INFER that one was referring to ANYONE other than WISECO is a pretty big stretch on any person making that assumption..
Glad to see others (EASY) are also seeing the same thing... Really guys.. There is no reference to ANYBODY else except Wiseco... Pretty clear if you look with the blinders off..

I guess when people want to find something that is really not there, they will find a way to locate it...

AKSNOWRIDER.. Please tell me a few things:
1) How many kits do I have on the snow?
2) How many does this "other" vendor have?
3)WHERE do I state that I cure the Polaris engine problem. Please check the website for this info.

Friscospices is right about one thing.. much more of this witch-hunting and I will also leave like many other vendors before me.. Some this will make happy .. others not so much..
I am here to offer information and help.. but the BS is getting old with the select few that love to keep it flowing..

This thread has brought to attention shortcomings OTHERS have found in the Engine after a tear down and inspection.. I think/hope that there was good information exchange as a result of these people's inspection..

All the negativiy and personal attacks are simply taking away from the benefits this thread has to offer.
