Or if you do not get a hold of anyone tonight to ride with. Go out and wait at the parking lot, ask a group if you can tag along with them, tell them your riding buddies couldn't go out this time and that the season is too short to miss a weekend. All in all most sledders are a good bunch of people and they will see your point and most likely to find a group to tag along with. I live in a small town where we ride from our homes and always easy to find someone to go out with plus long winters in the arctic but have read these advises in a different thread. Good luck and agree not safe to go out alone.
But if you do not find a group to tag along with, while your there already just go for a ride close to trails and only as far off the trails as your willing to walk in and do not go overboard with the technical riding in case of a stuck or unknown problem. Good luck.
EDIT- by the way, welcome to Snowest.
