Need some info

Hey everyone, trying to get my project hawk finished and need to know the centre to centre distance of the rear suspension swingarm. Please help - I'm almost done!!

Rear suspension Swingarm center to center top & bottom pivot distance : 19-1/16" that's the closest I can measure with a tape on my '08.

whatcha buildin hmmmmnnnn?

can u post or send me some pics? very interested in custom builds. going to start my own at the end of the season. keep with it, might be the only way to get one!

Well everyone, I've finally finished my machine. It works great! I have ridden a '05 600 and feel that mine rides and handles better than it. In the rear I have shocks and springs from the front of an '02 or '03 viper and they work well. The preload is pretty well maxed but they aren't harsh and I haven't bottomed out hard yet. '03 yz450 forks with .56 springs - may have to do some valving here, they seem a little soft on the dampening. I put a 521 l/c out of a '91 formula plus in which seems to have lots of power for now anyways! Std. ski mount with the twin axis ski works better than I expected on the trails and great in the powder. It looks like a '03 503 fanner, just works better I think. I'll try for some pics, not real computer friendly...

Don't leave us hanging?

I have been paying attention to your posts since the old forum when you first appeared asking for Hawk body work.

You definetly seem to follow through as it has been a few year long project, pics are esential we are all making history here.

Better still get a friend to film it in motion and Youtube!
