need some help

i have 03 800 summit how do i change from kilometers to miles on the speedo
plez help

This is out of the manual.

Stop engine:face and open hood

Cut locking ties. Plug connectors together to change from miles to kilometers.

Unplug to return to miles reading. Fasten connectors to harness with locking ties.

I'll look at mine when I get home. But, if I recall correctly it's a plug that is in the main harness that is attached to the hood.

I will try to remember to post a pic in the morning. But, there is a single wire connection on my main wire harness right above the hood hinge. That is disconnected and the two connectors are zip tied apart. Mine reads in miles. I've got my engine apart right now. So, I can't plug it in and see if it changes it to kilometres. I'm sure that this is the connection the manual is talking about.
