Need Advise On Parts Bought From Canada And No Parts Yet

I was just the middle man. My friend paid by cashier's check or money order I think. I know it wasn't a credit card.
My friend got Reagon Graham (the thief) to answer his phone (780-214-7215 fell free to call him anytime of the day or night) and when he found out who was calling he then hung up. My friend contacted the authorities and they tried calling and they got no answer. My friend has been working with the shipping company to try and find out why this 1 pound turbo??? package was sent back. We are thinking of heading north at this piont.

What a freak'n loser! Let me know if your comming up this way and I'll buy the road pops......It about a 7 hour drive from my place. Elk Point isn't that big..should be easy to find him and discuss our issues..
I'm guessing it was sent back because it was over one pound.Good way to scam if you're that kind of person.
Confirmed the spelling of the thief's name and it is Regan Graham. I had spelled it wrong in the previous posts.
Elk Point is only around 1 - 2,000 people... should be ez to find him. I live 40min south of there. Make sure you lock your doors when your there

I would be careful not to eff with dudes from that area. They mostly work on the rigs and aren't to careful about whose faces they stomp.
I'm not too worried. If working in the oil field makes you tough, I got that part covered too.

Sorry to hear about your problems though, I would make a road trip to go see him and see some of the good riding we've got up here
well time to just file small claims...garanshie his wages etc...should be an easy process...even a local lawer shoudn;t charge much to go down and pay the 100 bucks or so to get this guy served with a summons to go to court..go after court costs and legal fees...he will probable come around once served...if he doesn;t show his face in court judgement in your favour anyway and you;ll get your money if he works in his lifetime....
the only DANGER is that he would counterclaim the thousands of dollars that he saved your friend on race fuel and repairs for blown engines by not sending the turbo..just kidding...
You can dispute the charges with visa, or with paypal. I don't know how you paid for it, but visa makes it pretty easy to dispute the charges. I've had to do it a couple of times. You get your money back in a couple of days at the most. Then the party who is being disputed has 30 days to contest the charge against them. Just go to your bank / credit union. Tell them that you need to make a dispute on a visa charge d/t the fact that you never received the merchandise.
I try to use paypal whenever possible. Even when I am selling. That way both parties are covered. Good luck I hope that you get your money back.

Thanks for all the help on finding this thief and all the advise. I don't think I can type what has been screwed up with the shipping company. It's almost like this guy works for them. I thought DHL went tits up and went bankrupt?
