Need a new track for my 2012 pro

I did the f-bomb mod on my 11 pro 163. I will never make that mistake again. It was awesome in spring snow or a groomed trail. However it was also very noticably worse in deep dry pow. I won't be doing that again. I would suggest a camo x. Best of both worlds. Hooks hard in hard snow and yet is as good or better than the stock track in powder. Also gotta say I would be looking hard at a camo x3 if I were in your shoes.

Turn the track around.
If your set on replacing look at the Camo ext 2.5"

Did the f-bomb mod on my 11 pro 155 and I WOULD do it again. Ride near the coast and don't see the deep dry fluff often.

So I guess you should decide if the mod is for your primary riding area. Trying one first would be ideal.

Trying the PC 2.6" this year.

Heat gun

You can straighten cleats with a heat gun and a flat clamp ie. vice grips with flat bars welded to them. It works ,remember artic cats ( I believe ) powerflex track, it had a - 20 degree bend from factory. When everyone else was taking them off or turning them around we just heated up the cleat and straighten them out. Of course if money is no obstacle whatever blows up your skirt. Track on!

Thanks

Thanks for all the great options i don't know the F-Bomb track mod but i am guessing it is cutting the tops off the paddles. I have been told by a lot of guys not to do that, Due to all the steep and deep we ride around here so i will start to shop for the X3 but i will try to heat up and straighten the paddles first. Any words of wisdom on how to do it or special tool i may want to pick up.
