The big difference is MJ could back up anything he said. IMO, he was the best player to ever play the game.

not on the court......maybe in a post game interview when a "self help" speaker was coaching words in his ear piece![]()

K-Mart was a baller for UCONN.....then he broke his leg in his first season with the NETS and later went on to become on of the best defenders for 6 or so years
But he didn't have tattoos so that obviously makes him an amazing role model.
Many will argue Pippen was up and down, i would argue his mind was warped from the mental side of playing with many years with MJ
BugIto; said:He played for Cincinnati and broke his leg his senior year. He still plays good defense and fills a great role for the Nuggets. That's why all these guys don't like him. He is a bully, thug, menace, oil in water, whatever you want to call it, but several teams miss it (LA is trying to use Artest the same way).
BugIto; said:Possibly, but many (including myself) would say that Jordan helped Pippen become a superstar. he had the athletic ability, but he got better as he aged. He also struggled w/o Jordan. Remember that playoff game where he refused to come off the bench with a few seconds on the clock, and instead Kukoc made the winning shot?
But he didn't have tattoos so that obviously makes him an amazing role model. Don't pay any attention to that little gambling problem he had either.
These guys are nothing more than entertainers. Now, back to the original topic, Go Celtics!
Why can't these guys have issues? Afterall, they are men, just like we are. Who gives a flyin ****kk if he likes the horses, the tables, the hookers, the showgirls and the booze? If you had the coin, you would too. None of that makes us/them bad men. Now, when high profile players start slapping wives, poppin caps in other folks, chewing up the drugs and raping party girls then they crossed the line and need to be thrown away as do the regular Joes.
GO PENS!
