So what does everyone think? After the great performance last night I really don't think the Jazz will make it out of the first round. Anyone heard if AK and Boozer will be back? All of the western 1st rounds should be good series.

The really good teams always step up and make things happen............I bet this series with Denver will go 7 games, but the better team will take it. Unfortunately, that is not that Jazz.

I still hold out hope though! Go Jazz!

"smoke" the Nuggets? Well it didn't go so well for them in the regular season against the Nuggets. I think the Nuggets are a much stronger team, but injuries and Karl's absence have really hurt them lately. Nuggets in 4 but still a good series. The West is super competitive, and it should be a good play off run.

If Karl was still with them and they were not in the "slump" they are in now, I would say Denver would kill us. But fortunetly Denver has been on a downward spiral longer then the Jazz. The Jazz have been playing good, just lost to a very good Suns team with out Boozer, AK, and having Deron play horrible. I would say it's 50/50 all things being equal, but Denver has home court so I still have to say Denver has the edge. I actually could see the Jazz sneeking into Denver and winning the first game. If they could do that and not let Denver get their confidence back up we could win.

I did hear that both AK and Boozer are going to be ready for the first game Saturday. And it's going to take AK a few games to get back into shape.

I really think that the Jazz can beat Denver if they are healthy. I believe that the Jazz have a better bench then Denver which should give them an edge. It sure didn't play out that way in the season though. Denver seems to be slumping even more then the Jazz the last few weeks. I really thought that Denver had a chance to upset the Lakers through out most of the season but I sure don't see that happening anymore.

I will be suprised if the Celtics make it out of the first round. I'm glad that Garnett got a title, one of the greats in my opinion, but he just hasn't been the same for the last 2 year.

HA HA! I love that nickname but in all honesty, most NBA players are ex bangers or wannabes. Just look at the gang tats, that is why they wear pantyhose on their arms, to cover them up during game time.

Looks like AK will be out for at least the first round. I still think that Jazz will take them to 6 or 7 games. Might even get lucky and get the upset. The series will go to who ever wins the first game IMHO.

My bad, I forget that the first round is seven games now. It used to be that the first round was five games. Anyway, I could see the series going 4 games to 1 or 2 in favor of the Nuggets. I do think the Jazz are good. It's hard to explain, but they are good. I think the Nuggets are more talented and if they play to plan they should prevail. The Jazz could sneak in and disrupt though.

If we loose any more players we probably will get swept. The Jazz hung tough for 3 1/2 quarters Sunday though. I really would like Denver to win the west since the Jazz dont stand a chance now. They just didn't seem to look as good as the have in the past. Is their coach going to be back this year at all?
