I have an 04 ski doo summit adrenaline and noticed that you can change the stance to 40" vs 42.5 by moving a bushing and spacer. Does anyone know if I have to do more than that? Like change suspension or toe in or anything like that?

Also to make it more of a mountain sled i want to remove the sway bar anyone know if that is easy to do on an 04 ski doo summit adrenaline?

Thanks for the help!

All you have to do is move the spacer. I will never move mine from the narrow setting. It makes the sled a LOT easier to carve and sidehill.

The sway bar is not bad to get out. If you have a skid plate on there it might be a bit of a head ache, but you will get it. If you don't have a skid plate it should take you about five minutes. Super easy. Don't forget that if you take the sway bar off, the shocks are no longer coupled, so your springs will have to be cranked up to their max. Otherwise the sled is very tippy on the trails. I will also, never put the sway bar back in my machine.

Check out dootalk.com. You will find endless tips and tricks for that machine. I can't even start to tell you how much I've learned over there.
