Just to clarify, I have never said anything about not respecting our military or the individual soldier that serves our great country. If something I said eluded to that I am very sorry as that was never my intent.

OK, guess one more post won't hurt.

When you were in Nam, my wife and I were employed as house parents (24-7) at a facility that took care of abused and abandoned children. I currently am a psychiatric social worker working with schizophrenic adults who live independently in our community.

I also supervise the only private sector Accertive Community Treatment Team (ACT Team) in the state of Idaho.

I certainly don't remember downplaying your military service and if I did, I apologize. Please reconsider your attack on my intellect and character, as I feel as you do that I have contributed much to the betterment of our society.

Now, I showed you mine, are you happy? Can we now go enjoy a ride in the snow?

Sledgy, Yes, I am happy. We all have our own "thing". I couldn't take care of kids anymore than you could squeeze the trigger between the eyes of a gook so I guess we have both done what we do good and I think both contribute to the well being of the country no doubt.

Ok, lets go riding. I normally could use the services of someone with psychiatric abilities when I am sledding. Last time I talked with the shrink at the VA he left the office mumbling to himself and drooling. Just a warning.
