NA reviews

I’d like to hear from people that have rode the NA Matryx sleds, are they running clean? Is the mapping spot on etc? Seems like all the reviews are of boosts. I’m not so patiently waiting for my na Khaos to show

I have a 22 850 slash 165 x2.75. Absolutely love this sled. Runs strong pulls hard .
Came off a 17 Axys 174 with a MTNTK turbo.
So a big change
Love the throttle response the belt drive and track combo.

I have a 22 slash pro 165” 2.75 and 21 Kahos 163” 3” QD2 . Both sleds NA with a can Really enjoy both sleds but the Matrix is insane. I can’t believe where I can go when it’s steep and nasty. Im finding I go places on the matrix that I won’t even try on the Kahos. The Matrix is just all round more user friendly and more fun and confident inspiring. if that makes any sense. I’m glad I got the pro instead of Kahos in the Matrix. I wish my Kahos was a pro but I drank the the the Kahos coolaid big time.

My Matryx Slash Pro NA 165 2.75 is excellent after 400mi.

Only changes from stock were lighter clutch weights for the zone I ride in and a SLP quiet can. And of course the MVM/NXTLVL throttle block to address the safety issue of the stock block freezing in deep snow.

Runs super strong and incredibly confidence inspiring.

Strongly recommended unless you wanna do bowties all day. In that case get the 155 NA slash, but don't land it on its tail!

Came off, of a 800 163 and I absolutely love my 155 mytrax slash. Pulls hard all day long. Got rid off the Walkers after riding for a few days and put fox coil qs3 up front and dam what a difference they make. She is so much easier to get on its side and carve. $1000 well spent.

Agree that the QS3 are awesome. Had them on my last sled. But I paid for the WE on this new slash and honesty feel like they are pretty great, especially for stock.

Curious about "so much easier to get on its side and carve." Do you mean that stiffer shocks/settings make the matryx easier to turn? I turned up my preload about a half turn from stock and like it better. My dealer set up the spindles with both spacers on the outside (narrowest) and that makes the sled easier to get on edge for sure. Just curious about your experience, as I'm sure others are.

Get the rears……trust me

No I feel that there not so stiff. They have a lot more room for adjustments. I like my front shocks soft and compression at 1 on the fox shocks. Softer helps it get on edge easier and helps Absorb the bumps better. Like ruts or stumps when your side Hillin.I got $700 for the upgraded walker, so it only cost me 300 for the front.worth every penny! Instantly noticed the difference

I actually prefer the Velocity shocks over the Fox coilovers. I blow through the travel on Fox shocks even with preload and compression thoughtfully set, where the Velocities seem to handle a variety of conditions.

You must be suffering from LSD flashbacks much like myself. When I told my wife how wrong my opinion was from our Polaris riding, forum experts, she responded that she is also suffering the same even though she is not vaccinated. Your opinion certainly doesn’t align with the they/them forum experts who have deemed the Matrix nothing but an overheating boat anchor with poor fuel economy. We have determined the accepted pronoun for the Matrix is the Danforth. Im just glad there are no more TCCS Axys’ left in our group to rule the mountain and make us look bad.

Feels familiar and rides similar to the 17 I had except the panels fit tight, it actually idles, the hard warmers are warm, doesn’t overheat all the damn time (hasn’t yet), I didn’t have to chop the tunnel or narrow the front end and seems way more refined and modern! slash pro 155 very happy so far.

And it actually holds proper rpm and has good power. Maybe it’s a strong 22 or my 17 was a pile from the beginning…..

155 Khaos slash - rides amazing, adds a bit more control and consistency to the 21 axys feel. Runs cool, pulls hard. Very tunable suspension. Keep the fts full stiff on preload and have a stiff rts, it handles like a pro matryx. Lighten the preload off the rts and decrease low speed compression and it’s much more playful with the front end, but still controllable.

Only thing I don’t like is the quality control. 250 miles and Fuel pump is starting to howl which may put a clock on my season unless they get this **** figured out. Occurrence rate for boost and na is very high apparently.
