one thing i did notice tonight is that the D&R takes away a lot of room for the tunnel dump exhaust, i'll know more when i get to that point but if it doesnt fit then it may be going out the side pannel

Just now realized that you wrecked this sled, Yes? That sucks, loved the looks to this sled at the begining of last season!!!

Looken great again.

got a little more done this morning before work, motor is in, bars are on, brake caliper is on, some how lost a couple of the reed cage bolts so i'm now waiting on those to go much further... so more to come this weekend hopefully

more pics to come in the next week or two when i get all the parts back

its the polaris tether, cant remember the part number off the top of my head but its in the snow accessory book. right around $30 plugs directly in to stock wiring.

Thanks man. :) I just got a PM telling me a different brand is King chit so I'll that out first. :) lol Thanks though. I like how clean it mounts.

Looks like you need to get your hands on the new oil tank from BD.

Hope you can keep the tunnel dump the sled is looking good!!

got the last batch of powdercoated parts back today and put most of them on, rails are suppose to be here friday so the skid will be in and hopefully get to start it this weekend. the drop and roll pretty much eliminated the tunnel dump option so i'm going to get a new down pipe and run it out the side pannel. here's a few pics from tonight, more to come soon!

freshly rebuilt shocks by Allen at Timbersled, re powder coated both arms, new bushings because i ruined the old ones taking them out

front suspension on and done

Looks GREAT Jeremy! Can't wait to see how it all comes together and runs for you this season. Gotta respect a guy who does all his own wrenching like you do (and shares his knowledge)!

What did the insurance company do, and who is the insurance company that you use? Did they watch the video of the wreck!!

they didnt see the video of it, i havent even seen the whole video of it, they did see pics though, they know what i use it for, wouldnt have been paying $1700 a year for set value coverage to ride it on the trail. i had a set value insured on the sled, not just basic insurance, so they cut me a check to fix it
