I went to a log home building class years ago. They had special signs made up very similar to what you posted. The fire dept wouldn't even come through the gate. (Their sign didn't have the fire dept clause in it)

I loved those anti-government people!!!!!

Learned enough to be dangerous in the class too!

There are other exceptions as well beside having a search or arrest warrant. One example would be those said "government agents" are in pursuit of a felon and that felon would go on your property. Those said "government agents" can legally pursue that felon onto your property without your permission.

Posting signs like that can tend to be more trouble than they are worth. A simple sign that just reads NO TRESPASSING and doesn't include all of that other jargon will deliver the message. Those "government agents" know what they can and cannot do.
