Why does Apple think they are some of the smartest people in the world yet can't fix a camera issue?

I am not sure it's apple. If I take a pic with my iPhone vertical (portrait) as opposed to horizontal (landscape) it uploads on SnoWest sideways. Horizontal uploads just fine. This only happens to me on SnoWest. Apparently Mafesto has the same problem with a non Apple phone. My problem with Apple is they seem to advance their technology to fast and everyone else is playing catch up. At least their phones don't start on fire. I went with Apple in 2007 because I had several viruses and ruined one computer, and I have not had a problem since I went with Apple! 10 years. No anti virus software crap to buy.

Their technology is actually a long way behind android. They didn't have wireless charging or NFC for a long time after android did. Their innovation went to hell when Jobs did.

I am not a techno weenie, but all I can say is that after going with Apple in 2007 I have had zero virus problems. Zero. My two Mac desk tops and my iPhone as well as my wife and kids iPhone's work in sync with each other. I like it.

When I take a photo on my iphone and save to my computer, I can rotate and save the view so that it views correctly. Then post it to a forum, not just SnoWest, it will default back to the orientation that the photo was taken. Someone at Apple needs disciplined for that move.
