thats the damage i got quoted for the repairs.. no idea what to do and cant seem to find a used crank case or cylinder anywhere to save the money..is this worth fixing or could i get some money back by parting it out..stock 2006 fusion 700..had it for 1 season or great riding to have this happen what a bummer..anyone have some thoughts or ideas for me ? i would have to borrow money to fix it and really cant afford it..

--do you really like that sled...if you were to fix it, would you be willing to ride it for at least 2 more seasons or keep it as long as possible
well, if it were me...this is what i would do..
call IndyDan..
ask if he can hook you up with the TMI/TMII/TMIII crank and some crank cases...he will line bore the cases to fit the crank perfectly..then you will a great stout crank with warranty by the best in the business..
I have no idea what his prices are right now...but you need to get ahold of him asap before he starts building other sledders engines in the summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he can also get you a TOP END kit for a good deal as well
that alone is WAY better then your quote..

SO DOES HE FIX THE SLED ALSO OR JUST MAKE PARTS IM A LITTLE CONFUSED ? HE IS A WAYS AWAY BUT IF I COULD GET IT FIXED AND HAVE IT BETTER THAN STOCK FOR LESS IT MIGHT WELL BE WORTH THE TRIP UP THERE..
he does not make parts..but he can get you anything you need and fix it for you..
he usually has you ship him the engine and then he will repair it, and build the entire engine for you..
or you send him say..your crank/cases and he will build it, and ship back to you for you to complete the engine build
give him a call and see what he thinks will be suit your situation
