Being and old elan driver of the past I have always envisioned a sled like yours. Keeping all of the track under the sled with modern suspensions and engines was something I thought would be neat. My visions were centered around a 1992 500 efi Polaris twin and A-arms however. I have kept my 1978 elan 250 deluxe all these years as a result. By the way, my sled was to be named elan X. Thank you for sharing.

Great minds think alike, i didnt go a arms because of the drag and weight - and I never go on trails so handling is not important, pogos seemed the best option for my use.

Elan X I like it! Still need to name mine though.
