I am not sure where you are, but round here I went to a glassing supply house and got rollers specifically for removing bubbles in fiberglass resin. fibreglast has them.

Couldn't stand the air bubbles so i sanded it down and recoated it, will cut my vents and then sand smooth, then one more coat, sand and wax.

That's a good point and I was considering a small angled deflector to direct snow and trees away from the hole as well.

Very nice work!!! How much did you get from the porting? My friend is talking about me building her daughter a 570fan in a M cassis and wondering what all I should do to it, any advice would be greatly appreciated. And again, NICE WORK!!!

It was just a moderate port because i want it to be reliable, i am running a 34mm carb as well so not crazy power coming out of it. I love the yami 535 motor!
