MTV Slednecks?

Seems pretty stupid to me for company employees/forum members to be on a forum bashing each other. Doesn't pose well for either in my opinion

How it all played out would have told you what kind of people they are. We are in the age of knowing a lot more than what the manufactures think we do.
And that's a good thing, transparency and honesty mean everything to me. And if a company wants to try and screw another i would like to know. Same goes for a company that doesn't support things that I support. I don't think that stuff should be hidden.

Social media weather we like it or not, has opened up a whole new realm of consumer knowledge. The consumer still makes the ultimate decision in his/her mind what they want to buy with their money. But for a somewhat open forum to dictate which of that info gets to me seems censored to say the least. I'm not for the hiding of True information nor am I for company's out to get one another. I'm sure vipec and aero have talked many times about what happened. Maybe nothing was resolved. But because the power of consumer knowledge maybe the thought of the outside world knowing what happened, may have resulted in some sort of closure in the deal. Guess we will never know.

Every company knows damn well what they put on the line to post comments on one another. Don't think that should be censored to the point that we can't see it..... If they sink their ship, it was Their fault. Every manufacture should have a bit of respect and a little fearfulness of what social media can do. And that should only encourage them to keep their business practices CLEAN!! Not dirty. Cause in the end, we will all find out anyway.

Where's the "sledding"? It seems extremely weird to actually call the show "slednecks" when probably everyone that will watch it is somewhat familiar with the Jason Mority slednecks. There was barley even any snow in the teaser? Yes, the glaciers never melt up there. But people don't just take a snowmobile across them. And in Alaska I think we can all agree they are known as "Snowmachines".

The whole concept seems really weird. Maybe slednecks gave MTV permission? I did see one Sledneck T-shirt in the teaser. Maybe it's a way of free advertising for the real Sledneck crew? Either way... Without actually seeing one physical snowmobile in the teaser, I'm skeptical to if those kids even own a sled.
