No reply from mtntk yet I think there at the Jackson hole hill climb. I believe the stock intake has an area below the upper intake that catches any water, kind of like a filter. The mtntec kit removes the lower half and dumps it straight down into the turbo. I can't remember what it looked like I didn't have it on there long.
