i have a stage 2 mpi on a nytro an it seems like it goes right lean on the top end any ideas

Is this from last season riding at winter temps and at elevation or garage tuning now in the heat of summer?
My Apex runs a$$ backwards rich 12-12.5 at idle/low speeds and goes more lean 13-14 while in the throttle. Been this way since new. I can get the AFR's better if I keep messing with the fuel controller, but its no good answer. My problem is I park and ride from 10k and MPI hasn't had R&D for a program at this altitude.
Answer...They have a new fuel controller coming.

You are running out of injectors. They run better with the bigger injectors and will not lean out at top end.
