I can totally back that up. I had the wrong gloves and caused me to get stuck at least 6 times that day.

That area has an extremely strong snow pack. just over the shoulder from Snake. It also is so steep that it slides as the snow falls from the sky.
True it's always best to be one on a hill at a time. But right now in that area we are sitting at less then a level 1 for avy conditions.
