Nice, unusual these days to find a fresh 16 year old that hasn't grew up playing pop warner ball.

Just as I was thinking while watching him run that he needed to drop that shoulder instead of leading with his hips. At 1:47 He dropped that shoulder and
gained another 7 or 8 yards......

I grew up playing football and now don't understand why my boy dont want to I hope he finds it soon to play.. Hopefully he can be as natural as your nephiew.... He's gonna be scary good if he already doing that well
