can you please answer your phone or return an email.

on 11/15 you sent me an email saying my hood is ready to ship, i called back to confirm order. hood has not shown up and i havent gotten any responses to email, no one answers the phone and there is no voice mail setup.

well they emailed back today. said they made a new hood with some changes after we talked. shipped out today!!

All in all, a waste of time and money. Go somewhere else where they respect your business enough to return a call after you make an order.

I've never had good luck getting a hold of them but I have always got the products I ordered in a timely fashion. Once they even hooked me up with some extra vents on a larger order I placed.

I'm a happy Mtn Fit customer.
