Are you guys licensed to guide into the back country and carry the proper insurance?

Good info to know and an important thing to look for in a instruction/guide type service. Seems like these types of Snowmobile "experiences" are becoming more popular.

Hope he enjoys much success with his new business endeavor.

Looks good, why aren't you an instructor Rob?

If he is overwhelmed. I hope he is, that will indicate that he is killing it and that it is a major success. I would be more than happy to lend a hand. Is there anything better than teaching backcountry snowmobile techniques? But who wants a ski doo guy teaching in the backcountry;)

That's awesome that looks like a really good web site...I want to to do that!

Dan Adams is a stud. I like the obvious focus on backcountry safety first and foremost. Got some tidbits of his clinics at some of the western sled shows earlier in the month and it was all good stuff.

Also note I've been fortunate enough to ride some of the country where they are putting on the clinics and that is worth the price of admission alone...the killer instructional stuff from one of the really pure great back country riders is the sugar creamy frosting on the cake.

Ah PS......

I don't have any idea who they are affiliated with for lodging but anyone who is considering this program or simply planning a trip to Alpine Wyoming needs to check out THE FLYING SADDLE for your lodging. We have had a couple of exceptional stays there and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. You get nice, new, clean and very comfortable rooms. An indoor hottub and pool. An outstanding lounge with excellent meals and a large upscale dining room. A very good continental breakfast and the topper is a smart, friendly, appreciative, staff from management right down to housekeeping. I do over 30 sled industry related hotel stays per year and have yet to find the complete package as good as The Flying Saddle.

Their exceptional service and the quality of this venue earned them our business for one very large group (I think we are taking over 20 rooms) event in Feb and most likely a repeat group prior to Hillclimb in March.
